CORE Centre for Organisation Research & Education (Indigenous Peoples' Centre for Policy and Human Rights in India's Eastern Himalayan Territories) NGO in Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.

The organizations current structure is as follows:

The Centre for Organisation Research and Education (CORE) is running with collected team leaded by Executive Director, Anna Pinto who is looking after the internal and external matters of the organization in the local level as well as in an international level for the promotion and protection of the people in the North Eastern Parts of India.

Namdithiu Pamei, Programme Coordinator, R & D (Research and Documentation) taking care of the local team members in the Imphal office which are related to day to day affairs of internal as well as the local grass roots organization in the region. He is in charge and supervise the team members regarding all human rights documentation. Assist the office administration for the time being regarding the local and internal matters. He represent the organization as Co Convenor in the Action Committee Against Tipaimukh Project (ACTIP) regarding Tipaimukh Hydro Multipurpose Electric Power Project which is against the wish of the local indigenous peoples, handles matters related to dams and developments as well as Indigenous Peoples matter. Also deals in the matters pf Urgent Appeals, fact finding regarding gross violation of Human Rights, torture and other atrocities committed against anybody.

L. Mark, Asst. R & D, he is in charge of documentation regarding Economic Cultural and Social matter of the region. He deals regarding the education of the region, indigenous know how, indigenous land use and its effectiveness in the region, cultural aspect of different societies of the region, the economic problem cause by different sector like band, economic blocked, strike, road blocked, general strike, and other forms of protest which hamper the economic growth of the region. He takes care of matters like Famine, disease, pollution, encroachment, illegal tax collection, illegal eviction, water, electricity and the like. He also assists the documentation team and take part in the whole documentation including the civil and political expect of documentation.

Rabina, Asst. R&D, she is taking in charge of documentation regarding the civil and political aspect of any human rights violation in the region, she will assist in the civil and political matters which includes arbitrary detention, extra judicial execution, torture, abduction, and others including urgent appeals and fact finding when the need arise. She also assists in the data entries of library and its maintenance for the smooth functioning of the office.

Lolini, Asst. R&D, she works on gender, women and child rights which includes violence against women, violence against child which include child in arm conflict, abduction, prostitution, and domestic violence. She also assists the civil and political documentation and other related documentations. She do go for fact finding regarding violence against women, women market, human trafficking and child rights including women leadership programme.

N. Nripen Singh, Accountant, he takes care of the local financial transaction, maintaining proper record of the flow of the finance, day to day financial record, arrangement of tentative financial expenses and other financial related maters of the organization. He gives update of related expenditure according to the estimated budget of the organization. He also helps in the office filing and library management which give a new dimension in the establishment of the organization library.

Memcha, Office Assistant, she takes care of the office to maintain in order, need and tidy, preparation of refreshment as and when in need, help running to deliver immediate papers and other transaction of the organization.

The organization is having a gender balance of 3 (three) men and 4 (four) women including the executive director, we even have two young men from tribal hills station of the state.
